What we sell
Concierge Score checks whether an AI assistant acting for a customer can find your business and finish a booking on your website, and scores what it found.
- The score is free.
- The fix pack ($99) is a one-off purchase: the full explanation behind every score, code you can paste into your own site, an llms.txt written for your business, and a booking-system recommendation.
- The done-for-you service ($599) is us making those changes for you. We arrange it with you by email.
What we don’t promise
We don’t promise you more customers, more bookings, or more revenue. We don’t promise to get your business ranked, listed, or recommended by ChatGPT or any other AI assistant — nobody controls that, and anyone who tells you otherwise is guessing.
What we do is tell you honestly what an AI assistant can and can’t do with your site today, and give you the pieces that remove what’s in its way.
What we check, and its limits
We read the public pages of the address you give us. If something on your site only appears after signing in, or only after clicking through a menu, or lives on a page nothing links to, we won’t see it — and neither would an AI assistant, which is rather the point. Where we couldn’t check something, we say so instead of scoring it against you.
Websites change. A score describes your site at the moment we looked at it.
Using the fix pack
The code and text we write for your business are yours to use on your website, for as long as you like. Please don’t resell the fix pack itself as your own product.
You’re responsible for what goes on your own site. Read what we give you before you paste it, and if you’re not sure, ask us or ask whoever looks after your website.
Paying, and getting your money back
Payments are handled by Stripe. The fix pack comes with a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund — see our refund policy.
Only checking sites you’re entitled to check
Please only run this on a website you own or look after. We read public pages gently, but it’s still someone’s server.
Where we stand if something goes wrong
We build this carefully and we test it, but we can’t promise the service is never wrong or never down. If we get something wrong, tell us — we’ll fix it or refund you. Beyond that, what you can claim from us is limited to what you paid us.
