Short version: we don’t keep a database of you. There are no cookies on this site, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.
When you check a website
You give us a web address. We open that site’s public pages the same way an AI assistant would and score what we find. We don’t ask you to sign up, and we don’t ask for your name or email.
The result sits in our server’s memory for 15 minutes so that going back a page doesn’t make you wait through the whole check again. After that it’s gone. It is never written to a database.
We only read pages that are already public — the same ones anyone with a browser can see. We never sign in to anything, never fill in your forms, and never change a single thing on your website.
When you pay
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers — we couldn’t see them if we wanted to.
Stripe collects your email so it can send your receipt, and tells us the payment succeeded and which website it was for. That’s what lets us open your fix pack for you. Stripe keeps its own records under its privacy policy.
We use your email to reply to you about your purchase. We don’t send marketing.
What we never do
- We don’t sell or rent your details to anyone.
- We don’t set cookies or run analytics or advertising scripts.
- We don’t build a profile of you across visits.
Getting your details removed
Email info@conciergescore.com and we’ll delete what we hold and ask Stripe to do the same, as far as the law lets us — Stripe has to keep payment records for its own accounting and tax obligations.
Changes
If we start storing anything we don’t store today, we’ll change this page and move the date at the top before we do it, not after.
