Refund policy

The fix pack ($99)
If you’re not happy with it, email us within 7 days and we’ll refund you in full. We won’t ask you why. You keep whatever we already gave you — we’re not going to chase code you pasted into your own website.
We refund to the card you paid with. Your bank usually takes another five to ten business days to show it.
The done-for-you service ($500)
Full refund any time before we start work on your site. We always email you before we begin, so you have that window.
Once we’ve started, email us anyway. If we haven’t done what we said we’d do, we’ll make it right.
How to ask
Email info@conciergescore.com with the website you had us check. That’s all we need to find your payment.
One thing we want to be straight about
The free score and the fix pack tell you what an AI assistant can and can’t do with your site today. We don’t promise you more customers, and we don’t promise to get you ranked or recommended anywhere. Nobody can promise that. What we sell is a site an AI assistant can actually read and book through — if we haven’t given you that, ask for your money back.
